Aims & Objectives

The aims & objectives of the Association shall be in accordance with Item 2 - Aims & Objectives of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Membership Categories

There are four categories of membership.  All are consider equal unless stated otherwise.

• Founder members

           None currently active within the club.

• Honorary Life Members

           Annual subscriptions fee exempt but may make donation equal to same.

• Current Serving Committee Members

           Exempt from draw for positions on trips but seldom exercised.

           Legally named signature officers on the Associations various financial accounts.

• Ordinary Club Members

           All other currently paid up members of the club.

Voting Rights

All members voting rights are equal & each member is entitled to a single vote on any matter deemed necessary to require a committee or general membership vote.

Officers of The Association

All officers of the association shall be as set down in Item 4 - The Committee.  Officers of the Association forming the Association’s committee shall be as listed below & any individual member may at the discretion of the voting membership hold more than one officer's position at any given time.

        Fish Recorder **

        Secretary

        Health & Safety Officer **

        Treasurer

        Another **

        Committee Assistant

** Appointed at the discretion of the committee & voted on by the membership

Election of Officers

The election of officers shall be undertaken in accordance with Item 4 - The Committee of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association.  

Retirement of Officers

The retirement of officers shall be undertaken in accordance with Item 4 - The Committee of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Powers of The Committee

The powers of the committee shall be undertaken in accordance with Item 4 - The Committee of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Finance & Accounting Procedures

The finance & accounting procedures of the association shall be undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association.  

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the association shall be held in accordance with Item 7 - Annual General Meeting of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Discipline & Appeals

The formal disciplinary & appeals procedure of the association shall be implemented in accordance with Item 9 - Conduct of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Dissolution

A dissolution of an Association rule(s) or the dissolution of the Association as a whole is to be implemented by the current serving committee under the auspices of either the AGM or a specifically held EGM & may be exercised in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Amendment to the Constitution

An amendment to the constitution may be exercised in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association. 

Declaration of Adoption

A declaration of adoption may be exercised in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Rules Of The Association.
